High Precision Grinding
Inclined surfaces, shoulder surfaces, shoulders and even curves are possible with our surface grinding machines
Workpieces can be clamped via a magnetic clamping plate, a vacuum table, via mechanical clamping systems or zero-point clamping systems, such as Erowa, on our high-quality Blohm machines.
We use pendulum grinding process, face grinding process or plunge-cut pendulum grinding depending on the type of components to be machined. Our employees select the appropriate grinding process based on the requirements for surface quality and accuracy, taking into account various parameters such as the type of grinding wheel, correct cooling, type of material and its condition.
We process the following materials:
